HF Ipanema Park

The staff are very attentive. Made us very welcome and were amazing during our whole stay. Always willing to help. The beds were amazing, some of the best sleep we've had in ages. The roof top pool was welcome and very clean with drinks allowed in the pool. All our food was lovely and no complaints. We had a great time.

I attended for a conference. An extremely comfortable hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are very spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean., with tea and coffee facilities. They are warm. Indoor pool is spacious, warm, with natural light, and very well-designed. Colleagues spoke highly of the gymn. Wifi is excellent Food and drink in the hotel was reasonably priced, plenty of choice and good quality. The walk to the river is not too far, nor is the Casa di Musica. There is a lovely bookstall where guests can leave and take books. It is a luxury hotel without luxury hotel prices. There are a number of supermarkets nearby as well as local shops and a laundry. Conference support was excellent and technical facilities worked very well.

The staff were fantastic, Carlos in the restaurant , Daisy on the rooftop bar and the reception staff all were attentive and ready to help.The room was immaculate so, many thanks to the cleaner who cleaned daily and replenished items and towels when needed (room 610) The breakfast was plentiful and staff were regularly filling up stations and cleaning plates. The room is spot on with everything you need including air con and a high spec bathroom. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long while!

Clean, comfortable beds, lovely shower. Overall it was great. Value for money was good, did without breakfast. Rooftop pool was a massive plus but was a relatively small area to sit when it was such beautiful weather- was very busy.
